The Organizing Committee of the "Maritime Congress — Far East 2026" is actively developing the business program for the upcoming event, which will take place from May 27 to 29 in Vladivostok. As the region's premier industry event, it will bring together key players to discuss the coordinated development of the Far East's maritime sector.

The Congress will feature over 30 sessions and events covering all aspects of maritime activities. The primary goal of the program is to create the necessary conditions for building a unified ecosystem for the Far East's maritime industry through a coordinated dialogue among all stakeholders: government authorities, shipowners, shipyards, ports, logistics companies, equipment manufacturers, service providers, industry associations, and specialized media outlets.

The Congress program will focus on five key thematic areas:

Shipbuilding Complex and Technological Chains

The spotlight will be on the entire production cycle — from digital design and innovative materials to the construction, repair, and outfitting of domestic commercial fleets. Discussions will address the localization of component manufacturing and the development of enterprise cooperation.

Maritime Logistics and Port Infrastructure

The program will examine the transportation system as a unified organism, covering strategic routes (including the Northern Sea Route) and the organization of multimodal transportation by leveraging the potential of inland waterways.

Talent Management and Workforce Development

Human capital is a key element of the agenda. Sessions will focus on aligning business needs with the capabilities of higher and vocational education systems, as well as exploring modern HR practices for attracting and retaining specialists in the maritime regions of the Far East.

Fisheries and Aquaculture

A dedicated focus will be placed on modernizing the fishing fleet, enhancing fishing efficiency, and developing aquaculture as a strategic direction for the Far East.

Maritime and River Tourism

For the first time, the Congress agenda will include the topic of Far Eastern tourism. Discussions will cover infrastructure projects, new maritime and river routes, and joint regional initiatives to enhance the Far East's appeal as a tourist destination.
